How do I cancel my subscription?

Open /dashboard/billing in the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you keep access until then.

I'm getting an SMS delivery error

Our toll-free SMS number is approved and live on all US carriers. If a specific number is failing, the most common cause is the recipient has previously texted STOP to us (TCPA opt-out). Ask them to text START to our number to re-enable delivery, or check the SMS log on the customer's detail page for the specific failure reason.

How do I issue a refund to my customer?

Open the appointment, scroll to the Payment panel, and use Refund full or Refund partial. The refund issues immediately on your connected Stripe account.

The AI quote seems too high or too low

Edit the intake from /dashboard/intakes/<id>, override the final quote, and add notes in the 'Notes for yourself' box. Your corrections train the model over time.

How do I add my Google review link?

Go to /dashboard/settings → Reviews section. Find your URL at business.google.com → Reviews → Share form. Customers who rate 4+ stars on BookyTails will see a 'Share on Google' CTA.
